Where do I access the Request for Travel Document e-Service?

You can access the Request for Travel Document e-Service via this link with your valid Singpass account.

 

What do I need to log on to the e-Service?

A Singpass account is required to access the Request for Travel Document e-Service Portal.

What is available on the Request for Travel Document e-Service?

You can submit a request to apply for a travel document. You would need to provide supporting documents for your request.

You can also review and receive updates on the status of your request.

 

I am unable to access the Request for Travel Document e-Service after logging in with my Singpass. What should I do?

Alternatively, you can also send in your queries via the Feedback and Enquiry e-Service for non-urgent cases.

 

When must I submit my Request for Travel Document?

Requests should be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance.

How do I respond to a ‘Response Required’ notification?

Log in to the ‘Request for Travel Document’ e-Service and click on ‘Submit Response’. This will either prompt you for further clarification or for any additional supporting documents required. 

 

Can I retain a copy of my submitted request?

Yes. You can click on the ‘Print’or ‘Download’ button on the top right-hand side of the information page.

 

How will I know the outcome of my submitted request?

You will receive an SMS and email based on the mobile number and email address you have provided.
