Where do I access the Halfway House e-Service?

You can access the Halfway House e-Service via this link with your Singpass account.

 

What do I need to log on to the e-Service?

While Singpass is used for logins, users have to be authorised through entity's Corppass account. If you are not authorised to access the e-Service, please contact Corppass Admin of your entity.

I am unable to access the Halfway House e-Service after logging in with my Singpass. What should I do?

Who will be allowed to access the Halfway House e-Service?

Only Halfway House personnel with a Corppass account will be able to access the e-Service.

 

What kind of functions can I perform on the Halfway House e-Service?

You will be able to perform the following functions:
a.Register a Halfway House with CNB

b.Update the Halfway House Details

c.Submit Admission Records to CNB for information

d.Update Admission Record details

e.Discharge Admission Records

Please note that the purpose of the e-Service is to allow Halfway Houses to inform CNB about admissions belonging to their respective Halfway House. It is not a platform for Halfway Houses to maintain and track their own admission records.

How do I register a Halfway House with CNB?

If the Halfway House has not been registered, upon accessing the e-Service with your organisation's Corppass, you will be prompted to register the Halfway House and be redirected to the registration page. You will need to provide the necessary details of the Halfway House, such as its name and address.

After the Halfway House has been registered, you will be able to submit admission records that belong to the Halfway House.

 

How do I update the details of the Halfway House?

To update the details of the Halfway House, click on the "Update HWH Details" button. Amend the necessary details before clicking "Next" and "Submit" to confirm the changes.

Please note that you will not be able to amend the Unique Entity Number (UEN) of the Halfway House.

 

Who can update the details of the Halfway House?

Any Halfway House personnel with a Corppass account will be able to update details of the Halfway House they belong to.

 

Can I register a Halfway House with more than one address?

Your Halfway House record must be registered with the main address of the Halfway House.

If your Halfway House has alternative addresses, you should provide these addresses in the "Alternative Address" section by updating the Halfway House record's details.

 

Can I retain a copy of my registration record?

Yes. You can click on the Print or Download button on the top right hand side of the Acknowledgement page after you have successfully registered a new Halfway House or updated its details.

You can also click on the Print or Download button on the top right hand side when you are viewing the Halfway House details' page.

 

If I encounter an issue while trying to register a Halfway House or update a Halfway House record's details, what should I do?

If you encounter any issue(s) while trying to perform any of the functionalities on the Halfway House e-Service, you may contact us at 1800-325-6666 for assistance.

How do I submit a new admission record?

Please note that your Halfway House must be registered with CNB first before you can submit admission records. You can submit admission records that only belong to your Halfway House.

To submit a new admission record, click on the "Submit Admission Record" button. You will be required to provide the admittee's details, details of the Point-of-Contact (POC) person and the residing address.

 

Can I submit more than one admission record?

Yes, you will be able to create more than one admission record in a single submission. To do so, when you are submitting a new admission record, under "Admission Details" section, click on the "+" icon. New rows to indicate more subjects can be listed. Upon submission of the details, an admission record will be created for each subject listed.

Please note that all admission records under one submission should belong to the same Halfway House address and under the same point-of-contact (POC).

 

How do I view the details of an admission record?

To view the details of an admission record, you may search for the record on the main landing page via the available search parameters. Click on the Acknowledgement No. and you will be redirected to the admission record's page with all its details displayed.

 

How do I update an admission record?

To update an admission record, on the main landing page, click on the "Update" button for the desired record and you will be redirected to its details' page. Amend the necessary details before clicking "Next" and "Submit" to confirm the changes.

 

How do I discharge an admission record?

To discharge an admission record, on the main landing page, click on the "Discharge" button for the desired record and you will be redirected to its details' page. Choose the correct discharge date before clicking "Next" and "Submit" to confirm the discharge.

 

Who can update/ discharge the details of an admission record?

Any personnel of the Halfway house will be able to update or discharge the admission records belonging to their Halfway House.

 

How do I view a discharged admission record?

Once an admission record has been discharged, it will be removed and no longer be available on the e-Service.

 

What should I do if I have submitted a wrong admission record, or wrongly discharged an admission record?

Please contact us at 1800-325-6666 for assistance.

Alternatively, you may email to CNB_Operations_Division@cnb.gov.sg and provide details (Name and NRIC) of the affected admission record(s). An officer will follow up with you on the necessary actions./span>

 

If I am not the POC for the admission record(s), can I submit the record(s) on behalf of my colleague?

You may submit any admission record(s), as long as they belong to your Halfway House.

Please note that if you are submitting an admission record on behalf of your colleague, you will be indicated as a POC of the record. Your name and NRIC will be recorded by default and cannot be removed during the submission process. You will need to add your colleague's details manually.

Should you have already submitted an admission record for which you are not the POC, you may wish to ask the corresponding POC(s) of the admission record to update the and remove you from the POC list if necessary. The name and NRIC of the corresponding POC would be recorded by default during the updating process.

 

Can I retain a copy of my submitted admission record(s)?

Yes. You can click on the Print or Download button on the top right hand side of the Acknowledgement page after you have successfully submitted new admission records or updated the details for an admission record.

What should I do if my Halfway House is decommissioned?

Please inform CNB regarding the decommissioning of your Halfway House by emailing to CNB_Operations_Division@cnb.gov.sg. An officer will follow up with you on the necessary actions.

If my Halfway House is re-commissioned, what should I do?

If your Halfway House is re-commissioned, you will need to register your Halfway House on the e-Service again.

Please note that details of the Halfway House record and admission records you had provided previously will not be available on the e-Service.

 

Will I receive a notification after registering a Halfway House or submitting new admission records?

No notifications will be sent to you.
