What is a Feedback & Enquiries e-Service?

Feedback & Enquiries e-Service allows members of the public to provide feedback or submit enquiries on drug-related information or CNB's services. The drug information may be used to aid in CNB's investigation. The information provided will be kept strictly confidential.


For urgent matters relating to drugs, please contact the Central Narcotics Bureau at 1800-325-6666. Should you require immediate assistance, e.g. life-threatening situation, please call the Singapore Police Force at ‘999’.

 

What kind of feedback requests can I submit via the e-Service?

You can choose from the following types of feedback listed below:
- Query
- Feedback
- Appeal
- Complaints
- Compliments
- Drug-related information
- Others

 

What are the types of Appeals that I can submit in the Feedback & Enquiries e-Service?

You can submit several types of appeals such as:
- Complaint-related appeal
- Drug-related appeal
- Case-related appeal
- Travel-related appeal
- Supervision-related appeal
- Job-related appeal
- Inmate-related appeal

 

What should I do when submitting an Appeal on behalf of someone?

Upon selecting 'Appeal' from the drop-down options under 'Type of Feedback', clickon the checkbox, 'Appealing on behalf of someone', and provide the details of the appellant.

 

What is the expected turn-around time for general enquiries?

Your submission will be processed within 3 working days. For more complex enquiries, a longer time may be required before a response is provided to you.
