For Non-Criminal Legal Aid Scheme (CLAS) request:
a) Please note that a non-refundable search fee of SGD $14 will be charged for every search request in accordance with the Fees Act (Chapter 106, Section 2). A legal document fee is payable upon successful application.
b) Please note that providing false information to CNB is an offence under Section 182 of the Penal Code, Chapter 244.
